      建立高效液相色谱法测定促进剂TBSI纯度的不确定度评定方法。结果表明:影响促进剂TBSI纯度的不确定度来源主要有促进剂TBSI标准品的纯度和称样量、促进剂TBSI样品的称样量、定容体积、重复性测定以及高效液相色谱仪的测量偏差;高效液相色谱仪测试过程中引入的相对标准不确定度分量占比较大,达到53.78%;促进剂TBSI纯度为89.77%时,扩展不确定度为1.292 6%(包含因子为2)。为提高测试结果的准确性,应定期对测试仪器进行维护,并严格按照操作规范进行试验,以减少系统误差。
英文摘要:
      An uncertainty evaluation method for determining the purity of accelerator TBSI using the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established.The results showed that the sources of uncertainty affecting the purity of accelerator TBSI mainly included the purity and sample size of accelerator TBSI standards,the sample size,constant volume,repeatability determination of accelerator TBSI samples,and measurement deviation of the HPLC.The relative standard uncertainty introduced during the HPLC testing process accounted for a relatively large proportion,reaching 53.78%.When the purity of the accelerator TBSI was 89.77%,the extended uncertainty was 1.292 6% (the inclusion factor was 2).To improve the accuracy of test results,it was necessary to regularly maintain the testing instruments and strictly follow the operating specifications for testing to reduce systematic errors.
