| 建立轮胎加载有限元模型,通过分析冠中位置基部胶与带束层粘结界面橡胶的受力特征,研究工程机械子午线轮胎胎冠空损伤机理以及带束层角度与胎冠空的关系。结果表明:冠中位置基部胶径周方向剪切应变是引起胎冠空的力学原因;工作层带束层角度增大,轮胎接地前后冠中位置基部胶剪切应变幅值增大,胎冠空风险提高。实测结果表明,采用冠中位置基部胶径周方向剪切应变幅值预测轮胎胎冠空方法切实有效。 |

| A finite element model of tire loading was established stress characteristics of the compound at the bonding interface between the base compound and the belt at the center crown position were analyzed to investigate the crown delamination damage mechanism of off-the-road radial tires,as well as the relationship between the belt angle and crown delamination.The results showed that the radial-circumferential shear strain of the base compound at the center crown position was the mechanical cause of crown delamination of off-the-road radial tires.As the belt angle of the working layer increased,the amplitude of the shear strain of the base compound at the center crown position before and after tire grounding increased,which raised the risk of tire crown delamination.The experimental results demonstrated that the method of predicting tire crown delamination using the amplitude of the radial-circumferential shear strain of the base compound at the center crown position was practical and effective. |
