研究3×0.33+8×0.31UT特高强度钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,与3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线相比,3×0.33+8×0.31UT钢丝帘线的直径和线密度减小。采用3×0.33+8×0.31UT钢丝帘线作为全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层的替代材料,不仅确保成品轮胎在充气外缘尺寸和强度上符合国家标准要求,还提升了轮胎的耐久性能,实现了轮胎的轻量化,降低了生产成本。 |

The application of 3×0.33+8×0.31UT ultra-high tenacity steel cord in the belt of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 3+8×0.33ST steel cord,the diameter and line density of 3×0.33+8×0.31UT steel cord decreased.Using 3×0.33+8×0.31UT steel cord as a substitute material for the belt of all-steel truck and bus radial tire not only ensured that the finished tire met national standards in terms of inflated peripheral dimension and strength,but also enhanced the durability of the tire,achieved tire lightweight and reduced the production cost. |
