针对半钢子午线轮胎常见的轮辋线附近胎侧龟裂问题,在胎侧配方已得到防老化加强的基础上,主要对三角胶配方和高度及胎体帘布宽度等进行调整,通过试验验证改善策略的有效性。结果表明,三角胶配方不变、高度为30 mm,胎体帘布宽度为500 mm的方案轮胎的高速性能明显优于其他方案,其低充气压力耐久试验行驶里程远超过其他方案。胎侧配方防老化加强后轮胎的抗臭氧老化性能明显提升。综合而言,增大三角胶高度、减小胎体帘布宽度、加强胎侧配方的防老化体系可明显提升轮胎的耐久性能和耐老化性能。 |

In response to the common problem of sidewall cracking near the rim line of steel-belted radial tire,based on the strengthened anti-aging formula of the sidewall,adjustments were mainly made to the formula and height of appex,carcass cord width,and the effectiveness of the improvement strategy was verified through experiments.The results showed that the high-speed performance of the tire with unchanged appex formula,height of 30 mm,and carcass cord width of 500 mm was significantly better than other schemes,and its low inflated pressure durability test mileage far exceeded other schemes.The anti-ozone aging performance of the tire was significantly improved after the anti-aging enhancement of the sidewall formula.Overall,increasing the appex height,reducing the carcass cord width,and strengthening the anti-aging system of the sidewall formula could significantly improve the durability and aging resistance of the tire. |
