研究炭黑偶联剂SL-9330在全钢巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎面胶中加入炭黑偶联剂SL-9330,胶料的门尼粘度增大,Fmax 减小, t10和 t90缩短,炭黑分散性提高,工艺性能较好;硫化胶的定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,生热降低,耐磨性能相当,但抗切割性能略有下降。 |

The application of carbon black coupling agent SL-9330 in the tread compound of all-steel giant off-the-road radial tire was studied.The results showed that by adding carbon black coupling agent SL-9330 in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased,the Fmaxt10 and t90 shortened,the dispersibility of carbon black improved and the processability was better.The modulus and tensile strength of the vulcanizate increased,the heat build-up decreased,and the wear resistance was comparable,but the cutting resistance slightly decreased. |
