对全钢载重子午线轮胎低滚动阻力胎面胶配方进行研究。结果表明:与全天然橡胶(NR)胎面胶配方相比,NR与钕系顺丁橡胶并用,并增大白炭黑的用量后,胶料的压缩生热降低,耐磨性能提高,损耗因子减小;成品轮胎的耐久性能相当,滚动阻力降低,路试效果较好。 |

The formula of low rolling resistance tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the formula of full natural rubber(NR) tread compound,after using neodymium based butadiene rubber and NR together,and increasing the amount of silica,the compression heat build-up of the compound reduced,the wear resistance improved and the loss factor decreased.The durability of the finished tire was comparable,the rolling resistance reduced and the road test results were good. |
