| 对比研究0.22＋6＋11×0.205ST与3×0.24＋9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线的结构特点和性能以及在12R22.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。成品性能试验结果表明，与采用3×0.24＋9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线轮胎相比，在帘布强度相近的情况下，采用0.22＋6＋11×0.205ST钢丝帘线的轮胎性能符合国家标准要求，胎圈耐久性能大幅提升，同时轮胎质量减小，生产成本降低。 |

| The structure characteristics and properties of 0.22＋6＋11×0.205ST and 3×0.24＋9× 0.225CCST steel cord，as well as their application in the carcass of 12R22.5 18PR all-steel truck and bus radial tires were comparatively studied.The results of the finished tires performance test showed that compared with tires using 3×0.24＋9×0.225CCST steel cord，when the strength of the cord was similar，the performance of tires using 0.22＋6＋11×0.205ST steel cord met the requirements of national standards，and the durability of the bead was greatly improved.At the same time，the tire weight was reduced and the production cost was lowered. |
