研究氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用。结果表明,在不同用量CIIR的气密层胶配方中,以CIIR等量替代溴化丁基橡胶,胶料的t5 延长,Fmax增大,硫化速度减慢,邵尔A型硬度增大,其他物理性能、耐老化性能、气密性和工艺性能相当。 |

The application of chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR) in the inner liner compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that in the formulation of inner liner compound with different dosages of CIIR,replacing brominated butyl rubber with equal amounts of CIIR,the t5 was prolonged,the Fmax increased,the vulcanization rate slowed down,the Shore A hardness increased,and other physical properties,aging resistance,air tightness and processability were comparable. |
