研究新型耐迁移大分子防老剂BH-F77(简称防老剂BH-F77)在天然橡胶(NR)中的应用。结果表明:与传统防老剂6PPD相比,防老剂BH-F77的相对分子质量较高,热稳定性较好,金属元素种类较多且含量较高,耐迁移性能较优且不易变色;随着防老剂BH-F77用量的增大,NR胶料的流动性和加工安全性变差,硫化速度加快,硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度和100%定伸应力增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率减小,耐臭氧老化性能下降。 |

The application performance of a new type of migration resistant macromolecular antioxidant BH-F77(abbreviation antioxidant BH-F77)in natural rubber(NR) was studied.The results showed that compared with traditional antioxidant 6PPD,antioxidant BH-F77 had a higher relative molecular weight,better thermal stability,more types and contents of metal elements,better migration resistance and less discoloration.As the dosage of antioxidant BH-F77 increased,the flowability and processing safety of NR compound were deteriorated,the vulcanization rate was accelerated,the Shore A hardness and modulus at 100% of the vulcanizate increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break reduced and the ozone aging resistance decreased. |
