研究再生裂解炭黑EN660在半钢子午线轮胎过渡层中的应用。结果表明:在过渡层配方中采用30份再生裂解炭黑EN660替代25份炭黑N660,并对防老剂RD用量进行调整,胶料的门尼粘度略高,硫化速度加快;硫化胶的密度和拉断伸长率增大,其他物理性能相当;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求,且生产成本降低。 |

The application of recycled pyrolysis carbon black EN660 in the transition layer of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that using 30 phr recycled pyrolysis carbon black EN660 instead of 25 phr carbon black N660 in the transition layer formulation,and adjusting the dosage of antioxidant RD,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was slightly higher,and the vulcanization rate was faster.The density and elongation at break of the vulcanizate increased,while the other physical properties were equivalent.The high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards and the production cost was reduced. |
