| 以205/60R16半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,通过Uni-Tire理论模型和有限元仿真相结合的方法,研究胎面胶硬度、胎体轮廓等设计因子对轮胎侧偏刚度的影响。结果表明,轮胎理论模型与有限元分析方法相辅相成,可以对轮胎性能提供更合理的预测,从而更好地指导轮胎设计;不同的设计因子对轮胎在不同负荷区间的侧偏刚度影响各不相同;调整胎面胶硬度、花纹深度、带束层角度、三角胶高度和硬度、胎体帘线材质等设计因子可以改变侧偏刚度-负荷曲线形状,进而影响整车的操控性能。 |

| Taking 205/60R16 steel-belted radial tire as the research object,through the Uni-Tire theoretical model combined with the finite element simulation method,the influence of design factors such as tread compound hardness and carcass profile on the tire cornering stiffness was studied.The results showed that the tire theoretical model and the finite element analysis method complemented each other,which could provide a more reasonable prediction of tire performance and thus better guide tire design.Different design factors exerted different influences on the tire cornering stiffness in different load ranges.Adjusting design factors such as tread compound hardness,pattern depth,belt angle,apex height and hardness,and carcass cord material could change the shape of the cornering stiffness-load curve,thereby affecting the handling performance of the entire vehicle. |
