| 对聚酯（PET）浸胶帘线在子午线轮胎冠带层中的开发与应用进行研究。测试结果表明PET帘线可以作为轮胎冠带层帘线使用；1100dtex/2 PET帘线应用于Q级到Y级轮胎冠带层，轮胎高速性能良好；930dtex/2PET轻量化帘线应用于轮胎冠带层，与采用锦纶66的轮胎相比高速性能轻微下降，但均超过国家标准要求且有一定余量。 |

| The development and application of dipped polyester cord for the capply layer of tires were studied.The test results indicated that PET cords could be used as tire capply layer cords.1100dtex/2 PET cords were applied in the capply layers of tires with a speed rating Q to Y，all the tires showcased great high speed performances.930dtex/2 PET light weight cords were used in capply of tires that had a slight decrease than Nylon66 in high-speed performance，but the performance exceeded the national standard requirements with a certain margin. |
