研究高导热硫化胶囊在12R22.5CST113 18PR全钢子午线轮胎生产中的应用,并与普通硫化胶囊进行对比。结果表明:高导热硫化胶囊的热导率比普通硫化胶囊增大47%;采用高导热硫化胶囊可将内蒸汽温度由210 ℃降至198 ℃,同时硫化时间缩短,轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能提高,单胎能源消耗降低;高导热硫化胶囊的使用寿命更长。 |

The application of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules in 12R22.5CST113 18PR all-steel radial tire production was studies,and compare them with ordinary vulcanization capsules.The results showed that the thermal conductivity of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules increased by 47% compared to the ordinary vulcanization capsules.The use of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules could reduce the internal steam temperature from 210 ℃ to 198 ℃,shorten the vulcanization time,improve the durability and high-speed performance of the tire,and reduce the single tire energy consumption.The service life of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules was longer. |
