介绍295/80R22.5超宽行驶面全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 050 mm,断面宽 298 mm,行驶面宽度 266 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 242 mm,胎圈着合宽度 569.5 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.94。施工设计:采用4层带束层结构,1#带束层采用4+3×0.33ST钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.20HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能达到相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

The design of 295/80R22.5 ultra width running surface truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 050 mm,cross-section width 298 mm,width of running surface 266 mm,arc height of running surface 8.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 242 mm,bead width at rim seat 569.5 mm,maximum width position of cross-section( H1/H2) 0.94.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:using 4-layer belts structure,using 4+3×0.33ST steel cord for 1# belt,using 3+8×0.33ST steel cord for 2# and 3# belt,using 5×0.20HI for 4# belt,using 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass,and using one-stage building machine to build tire and hot plate curing press to cure tire.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and durability all met the requirements of corresponding design and national standards. |
