介绍7.00R16全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的优化设计。结构设计:外直径 773 mm,断面宽 194 mm,行驶面宽度 156 mm,行驶面弧度高 4.9 mm,胎圈着合直径 404 mm,胎圈着合宽度 152 mm,花纹深度 10 mm,花纹饱和度 74.4%,花纹周节数 63。施工设计:共用现有同规格轮胎胎侧、胎肩垫胶和三角胶,2层带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的耐久性能、高速性能和噪声达到设计要求,路试结果得到市场认可。 |

The optimum design on 7.00R16 all-steel light truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?773 mm,cross-section width?194 mm,width of running surface?156 mm,arc height of running surface?4.9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?404 mm,bead width at rim seat?152 mm,pattern depth?10 mm,block/total ratio?74.4%,and number of pattern pitches?63.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:sharing existing sidewall,shoulder pad,apex of the same specifications,using 2 layers of 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 2-layer belts,using 3+9×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass.The performance test results of the finished tire showed that high-speed performance,durability and noise met the national standards and the road test had been recognized by the market. |
