研究多官能团马来酰亚胺PAPI(简称PAPI)和二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺BDM(简称BDM)在轿车轮胎低生热基部胶中的应用。结果表明:在基部胶中加入PAPI或BDM,并减小炭黑N660用量,胶料的门尼粘度减小,门尼焦烧时间t5和t90延长,抗硫化返原性能提高;硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度和撕裂强度变化不大,100%和300%定伸应力及回弹值增大,滞后损失和压缩生热降低;PAPI对硫化胶动态模量的改善效果较好,而BDM对硫化胶压缩生热的改善效果较好。 |

The application of multifunctional maleimide PAPI(abbreviated as PAPI) and diphenylmethane bismaleimide BDM(abbreviated as BDM) in the low heat build-up base compound of passenger car tires was studied.The results showed that by adding PAPI or BDM in the base compound and reducing the amount of carbon black N660,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the Mooney scorch time t5 andt90 were prolonged,and anti-reversion property improved.The hardness,tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate changed a little,while the modulus at 100% and 300% stresses and rebound value increased,the hysteresis loss and compression heat build-up decreased.PAPI had a better effect on improving the dynamic modulus of the vulcanizate,while BDM had a better effect on improving the compression heat build-up of the vulcanizate. |
