研究超聚态天然橡胶(NR)在全钢子午线轮胎高耐磨胎面配方中的应用。结果表明:超聚态NR的相对分子质量及其分布更接近烟胶片;在胎面配方中,超聚态NR胶料的拉伸强度、耐磨性能可达到烟胶片水平,但回弹值更高及滞后生热更低;使用经过塑炼优化的超聚态NR的胶料的耐磨性能比直接使用超聚态NR的胶料更佳。 |

The application of ultra-high polymer natural rubber(NR) in the formula of high wear resistant tread for all-steel radial tire was investigated.The results indicated that the relative molecular weight and distribution of ultra-high polymer NR were closer to that of cigarette adhesive.In the tread formula,the tensile strength and wear resistance of the ultra-high polymer NR compound could reach the level of cigarette adhesive,but the rebound value was higher and the hysteresis heat build-up was lower.The compound using ultra polymerized NR optimized by plasticization had better wear resistance than the compound directly using ultra polymerized collagen NR.Moreover,the Mooney viscosity of the original rubber in the super polymerized state was relatively high,and plasticizing technology could be used in applications to obtain better dispersibility. |
