介绍235/60R18 SP5 SUV 107T雪地子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 735 mm,断面宽 250 mm,行驶面宽度 199 mm,行驶面弧度高 7 mm,胎圈着合直径 462 mm,胎圈着合宽度 191 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.04,采用“V”字形胎面花纹,优化花纹节距排列。施工设计:胎面采用了三方四块结构,1#与2#的带束层采用了2+2×0.25 HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1300dtex/2 DSP的聚酯帘布,采用二次法成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速性能、耐久性能都符合国家标准。 |

An exposition of the 235/60R18 107T SNOW SUV passenger car radial tire""s design was presented. Parameters taken in the structure design process included an overall diameter of 735mm, a cross-sectional width of 250mm, a width of 199mm for the running surface, an arc height of 7.0mm for the running surface, a bead diameter of 462mm at the rim seat, and a bead width of 191mm at the rim seat. Positioning the cross-section at its highest width (H1/H2), 1.04, SP5 tread pattern for snow suv tires and optimized pitch arrangement are employed. Finite element analysis technology was employed in construction design to execute the following processes: belts were secured with 2+2×0.25HT steel cord, sidewalls were reinforced and carcass ply with a high turn-up structure was covered with two layers of polyester 1300dtex/2 DSP.A rectangular bead, encased in a wrap, was constructed using a secondary stage building machine and hydraulic curing presses to cure tires. Results of the tire""s testing revealed inflated peripheral dimensions, strength, bead unseating resistance, and endurance. Performance of low inflation pressure and high speed conformed to the design and national criteria. |
