介绍325/95R24全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 222 mm,断面宽 315 mm,行驶面宽度 225 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 610 mm,胎圈着合宽度 230 mm,断面水平轴位置 (H1/H2) 1.124,胎面采用大块混合花纹设计,花纹深度 15.5 mm,花纹饱和度 60.86%,花纹周节数 71。施工设计:胎面采用大分层结构,1# 和2# 带束层采用3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线,3# 带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,采用两鼓一次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到相应的设计和国家标准要求。 |

The design on 325/95R24 truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 222 mm,cross-section width 315 mm,width of running surface 225 mm,arc height of running surface 7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 610 mm,bead width at rim seat 230 mm,maximum width position of cross-section( H1/H2) 1.124,adopting large block mixed pattern design for tread,pattern depth 15.5 mm,block/total ratio 60.86%,and number of pattern pitches 71.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:adopting large layered structure for tread,3+9+15×0.22Wzzzz steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,using two-drum one-stage building machine to build tires and hot plate press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and durability all met the corresponding design and national standards. |
