中文摘要:
      研究碳纳米管在全钢载重子午线轮胎包边胶中的应用。结果表明:采用2份碳纳米管替代6份炭黑N375,胶料的门尼焦烧时间延长,硫化速度减慢,硫化胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度增大,压缩生热相当;成品轮胎耐久性能和胎圈耐久性能试验后的损坏程度减轻,轮胎耐久性能和胎圈耐久性能显著提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of carbon nanotubes in the tie-in strip of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that by replacing 6 phr carbon black N375 with 2 phr carbon nanotubes,the Mooney scorch time of the compound was prolonged,the vulcanization rate was slowed down,the tensile stress,tensile strength, and tear strength of the vulcanizate were increased,and the compression heat build-up was equivalent.After the durability test and bead durability test of the finished tire,the degree of damages was reduced and the durability and bead durability was significantly improved.
