对轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶配方进行优化。结果表明:与生产配方胶料相比,优化配方胶料的门尼粘度升高,焦烧时间t5缩短,硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度、回弹值和磨耗指数提高,其他物理性能基本相当,玻璃化转变温度降低,0和60 ℃时的损耗因子均降低约10%;与生产轮胎相比,优化轮胎的室内性能符合企业标准要求,优化轮胎的抗湿滑指数和等级

The tread compound formula for passenger car radial tire was optimized.The results showed that compared with the production formula compound,the Mooney viscosity of the optimized formula compound was increased,scorch time t5 was shorted,the Shore A hardness,rebound value and abrasion resistance index of vulcanciate was increased,and other physical properties were equivalent,the glass transition temperature was reduced,the loss factor at 0 and 60 °C was reduced by about 10%.Compared with the production tires,the indoor performance of the optimized tires met enterprise standard requirements,the wet skid resistance index and grade levels was increased. |
