| 介绍超小规格轮胎硫化胶囊夹具的设计及应用。在不改变现有硫化胶囊夹具结构的基础上，调整固定方式，采用锁紧螺母取代螺栓固定夹具。针对下钢圈/下压环与中心机构导向套没有足够连接空间的问题，增加分体式过渡转换接头。增加过渡转换接头后中心机构导向套衍生高度增大，为与模具高度匹配，在硫化机热板下方增设垫层。实际使用验证表明，新设计的硫化胶囊夹具使用方便、操作简单，不易损坏胶囊，硫化轮胎外观质量改善明显。 |

| The design and application of the curing capsule clamp for ultra small size tire was introduced.On the basis of not changing the structure of the existing curing capsule clamp，the fixation method was adjusted by using locking nuts instead of bolts to fix the clamp.For the issue of insufficient connection space between the lower steel ring/lower pressure ring and the central mechanism guide sleeve，a split type transition joint was added.After adding the transition joint，the height of the guide sleeve of the central mechanism increased.To match the height of the mold，a cushion layer was added below the hot plate of the vulcanization press.The practical use verification showed that，the newly designed curing capsule lamp was convenient to use，easy to operate，not easy to damage the capsule，and the appearance quality of vulcanized tire was significantly improved. |
