针对20世纪90年代末进口的双复合生产线电气控制系统中存在的问题,通过升级硬件选型、元器件硬件更换、程序硬件组态编写、直流调速器及G120系列变频器参数的设置和调试、裁刀控制系统程序编写及调试等过程将双复合生产线进行升级。在连续生产12个月后,双复合生产线各设备仍运行稳定可靠,解决了备件停产及故障率高等问题,改造目的完全实现。 |

In response to the problems in the electrical control system of the double composite production line imported in the late 1990s,the dual composite production line was upgraded through processes such as upgrading hardware selection,replacing component hardwares,writing program hardware configurations,setting and debugging parameters for DC speed regulators and G120 series frequency converters,and programming and debugging the cutting tool control system.After 12 months of continuous production,the equipments of the dual composite production line still operated stably and reliably,solving the problems of spare parts shutdown and high failure rate,and achieving the goal of transformation completely. |
