中文摘要:
      研究国产防老剂4020在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明：采用国产防老剂4020等量替代进口防老剂4020，胶料的门尼粘度减小，Fmax增大，t90缩短；硫化胶的拉伸性能、撕裂强度和粘合性能相当，压缩生热略有降低；成品轮胎的耐久性能提高，原材料成本降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of domestic antioxidant 4020 in the carcass compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that by using domestic antioxidant 4020 instead of equal amount of imported antioxidant 4020，the Mooney viscosity of domestic antioxidant 4020 compound was decreased，Fmax was increased，t90 was shortened.The tensile property，tear strength and adhesive property of the vulcanizate were comparable，and the compression heat build-up decreased.The durability of the finished tire improved and the raw material cost could be reduced.
