      研究间-甲粘合体系在工程机械斜交轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎侧胶配方中添加间-甲粘合体系并适当增大硫黄用量,胶料的硫化特性变化不大,交联密度提高;硫化胶的定伸应力和拉伸强度基本不变,撕裂强度、耐疲劳性能、耐热老化性能和耐屈挠裂口增长性能提升,生热降低,耐臭氧老化性能不变;胎侧胶与帘布间的粘合强度提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of resorcinol-formaldehyde bond system in sidewall compound of off-the-road bias tire was stuied.The results showed that,adding a resorcinol-formaldehyde bond system and appropriately increasing the sulfur content in the sidewall compound formula,the vulcanization characteristics of the compound changed little,and the crosslinking density increased.The modulus and tensile strength of the vulcanizate remained basically unchanged,while the tear strength,fatigue resistance,heat aging resistance and bending crack growth resistance were improved,heat build-up was reduced,and ozone aging resistance remained unchanged.The adhesion strength between the sidewall compound and the cord fabric was improved.
