Two kinds of Akron samples were prepared by integrated molding and traditional sample preparation method. By changing the hardness of the sample, the angle between the rubber wheel shaft and the grinding wheel shaft, and the load, the wear change laws of the unibody and traditional vulcanization Akron were studied. The results show that the deformation of Akron samples by the integrated forming method are large, there is a correlation between the volume ratio of the two kinds of samples. This comparison method can provide reference for the comparison of two forms of Akron wear.Two types of Akron abrasion specimens were prepared using integrated molding and traditional sampling methods.By changing the hardness of the sample,the angle between the rubber wheel axis and the grinding wheel axis,and the load,the wear variation law of the integrated molding and traditional sample preparation samples was studied.The results indicated that there was a significant deformation in the Akron abrasion test of the integrated sample,and there was a correlation between the Akron abrasion of the two samples.This study could provide reference for comparing Akron wear between the two methods. |
