研究碳解硅微粉在商用车轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:碳解硅微粉的主要成分为二氧化硅,其各项理化性能均满足企业标准要求;采用碳解硅微粉部分或全部替代白炭黑,胶料的硫化特性和加工性能变化不大,硫化胶的压缩永久变形减小,压缩生热降低,抗切割性能提高;成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能和强度均满足国家标准要求,且可降低生产成本。 |

The application of carbonized silica micro powder in the tread compound of commercial vehicle tire was studied.The results showed that the main component of of carbonized silica micro powder was silica,and its various physical and chemical properties met the requirements of enterprise standards.By using carbonized silica micro powder partially or tolally instead of silica,the vulcanization characteristics and processibility of the compound changed little.The permanent deformation of the vulcanizate was decreased,the compression heat build-up was reduced,and the cutting resistance was improved.The inflated peripheral dimention,durability and strength of the finished tire met the requirements of the national standards,and the production cost could also be reduced. |
