| Causes of inner exposed cords of all-steel off-the-road radial tires were analyzed and solutions were proposed.By taking measures such as ensuring that the flat width of the building machine and circumference of the belt fitting drum were reasonable，the size of the extruded rubber strip on the winding machine was stable，the circumference of the forming drum fan-shaped block was consistent，preventing the rubber pad from being misaligned，compacting the inner layer joint and setting the vulcanization setting pressure reasonably，the problem of inner exposed cord in the tire had been effectively solved. |
