      介绍18.00R25矿用宽体自卸车专用工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 644 mm,断面宽 499 mm,行驶面宽度 424 mm,行驶面弧度高 26 mm,胎圈着合直径 630 mm,胎圈着合宽度 343 mm,断面水平轴位置( H/1/H/2) 1.05,胎面花纹采用横向花纹沟拉通设计,花纹深度 47 mm,花纹饱和度 65%,花纹周节数 34。施工设计:胎面采用缠绕方式成型,采用4层带束层结构,1#—3#带束层采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用4×6×0.25NT钢丝帘线,胎体采用7×7×0.25+0.15HT钢丝帘线,采用四鼓一次法成型机成型、蒸锅硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和耐久性能符合相应国家标准和设计要求,接地印痕合理,TKPH额定值满足实际工况作业需要。
英文摘要:
      The design on 18.00R25 off-the-road tire specialized for mining wide body dumping truck was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 644 mm,cross-sectional width?499 mm,width of running surface 424 mm,arc height of running surface 26 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?630 mm,bead width at rim seat?343 mm,maximum width position of cross–section( H/1/H/2)?1.05,adopting a horizontal pattern groove pull through design for tread pattern,pattern depth?47 mm,block/total ratio?65%,and number of pattern pitches?34.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using winding method to form tread,using 4-layer belts structure,7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 1#—3# belt,and 4×6×0.25NT steel cord for 4# belt,using 7×7×0.25+0.15HT steel cord for carcass,using a four-drum one-stage building machine to build tires and a steamer vulcanizing press for cure tires.The results of finished tire performance test showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention and durability met the requirements of corresponding national standards and design,the grounding print was reasonable,and the TKPH rated value met the needs of actual working conditions.
