      研究纤维帘线(930dtex/2改性锦纶66帘线和1670dtex/2聚酯帘线)热收缩和永久变形对轿车子午线轮胎接地性能的影响。结果表明:纤维帘线产生的塑性应变随硫化后充气(PCI)张力的增大而增大,当PCI张力足够大时,纤维帘线的塑性应变曲线趋于一致;与未热处理的帘线相比,经过热处理的帘线模量随PCI张力的增大而增大;与无PCI过程相比,在相同的充气压力和径向负荷下,经过PCI过程轮胎的接地印痕长轴变短、短轴变长、接地印痕偏方形,充气断面宽和负荷下充气断面宽变大。
英文摘要:
      The influence of thermal shrinkage and permanent deformation of fiber cords(930dtex/2 modified nylon 66 cord and 1670dtex/2 polyester cord) on the grounding performance of passenger car radial tire was studyied.The results showed that the plastic strain generated by the fiber cords increased with the increase of post cure inflation(PCI) tension.When the PCI tension was large enough,the plastic strain curve of the fiber cords tended to be consistent.Compared with untreated cords,the modulus of heat-treated cords increased with the increase of PCI tension.Compared with the process without PCI,under the same inflation pressure and radial load,the long axis of the footprint of PCI tires becomed shorter,the short axis of the footprint becomed longer,the footprint was more square,and the inflated cross-sectional width and inflated cross-sectional width under load of PCI tires increased.
