对比研究高含量防老剂3100和普通市售防老剂3100的理化性能以及其在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用效果。结果表明:高含量防老剂3100有效成分含量明显高于市售防老剂3100;高含量防老剂3100与市售防老剂3100胶料的门尼粘度、门尼焦烧时间和硫化特性相当;与市售防老剂3100硫化胶相比,高含量防老剂3100硫化胶具有更好的耐热氧老化性能、耐动态疲劳性能、耐静态臭氧老化性能和耐迁移变色性能,防护效果更佳。 |

The physical and chemical properties of high content antioxidant 3100 and commercial antioxidant 3100 were compared and their application effect in tire sidewall compound were studied.The results showed that the content of effective components of high content antioxidant 3100 was significantly higher than that of commercial antioxidant 3100.The Mooney scorch time and vulcanization characteristics of the high content antioxidant 3100 and commercial antioxidant 3100 compound was basically the same.Compared with commercial antioxidant 3100 vulcanizate,the high content antioxidant 3100 vulcanizate possessed better heat and oxygen aging resistance,dynamic fatigue resistance,ozone aging resistance and migration discoloration resistance,which had better protection effect. |
