对比研究三嗪类防老剂TMPPD和喹啉类防老剂S-TMQ、AW在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:添加防老剂S-TMQ的混炼胶的加工性能和硫化特性较好;添加防老剂TMPPD硫化胶的静态耐臭氧老化性能、耐热氧老化性能和耐天候老化性能较好,添加防老剂S-TMQ的胶料次之,添加防老剂AW的胶料较差;防老剂S-TMQ与防老剂AW为相似结构,但相对分子质量不同,防护性能相差较大。 |

Application of triazine based antioxidant TMPPD and quinoline based antioxidant S-TMQ and AW in tire sidewall compounds was comparative studied.The results showed that the processing performance and vulcanization characteristics of the mixed rubber with the addition of antioxidant S-TMQ were good.The static ozone aging resistance,heat oxygen aging resistance,and weather aging resistance of vulcanized rubber with the addition of antioxidant TMPPD were better,followed by the rubber with the addition of antioxidant S-TMQ,and the rubber with the addition of antioxidant AW was worse.The structure of antioxidant S-TMQ and antioxidant AW was similar,but their relative molecular weight and protective properties differ greatly. |
