以245/40ZR17轿车子午线轮胎为研究对象,利用有限元仿真方法研究带束层帘线角度、带束层帘线密度、胎体帘线类型和冠带条缠绕方式对轮胎刚度的影响。结果表明:轮胎的径向刚度受到带束层帘线密度影响最大,其次是带束层角度;冠带缠绕类型和带束层帘线角度对纵向刚度影响较大,增大带束层帘线角度会降低纵向刚度,增加冠带条缠绕量可提高纵向刚度;增加带束层帘线角度会提高横向刚度,胎体帘线强度对横向刚度有一定影响但呈现非相关性;冠带条缠绕类型对于扭转刚度影响最大,采用S型胎肩加厚冠带条缠绕方式,扭转刚度最小。 |

Taked 245/40ZR17 radial passenger car tire as the research object,the finite element simulation method was used to study the effects of belt angle,belt density,tire body belt type,and crown belt winding method on tire stiffness. The results showed that the radial stiffness of the tire was most affected by the density of the belt cord,followed by the belt angle;the type of crown belt winding and the angle of the belt layer curtain had a significant impact on the longitudinal stiffness. Increasing the angle of the belt layer curtain would reduce the longitudinal stiffness,while increasing the amount of crown belt winding could improve the longitudinal stiffness;increasing the angle of the belt layer cord will increase the lateral stiffness,while the strength of the tire cord had a certain impact on the lateral stiffness but showed a non correlation;the type of crown strip winding had the greatest impact on torsional stiffness,and the S-shaped tire shoulder thickening crown strip winding method had the smallest torsional stiffness. |
