以215/75R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎为研究对象,基于试验设计法(简称DOE)对轮胎接地印痕进行仿真优化。结果表明:以加权形状因数(CW)为优化目标,优化后轮胎的仿真接地印痕基本呈矩形,优化效果理想;胎冠弧高度是影响CW的最显著因子。 |

Taking 215/75R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire as the research object,simulation optimization of tire footprint was carried based on the experimental design method(referred to DOE).The results showed that,with weighted shape factor(CW) as the optimization objective,the simulated footprint of the optimized tire was basically rectangular,and the optimization effect was ideal.Crown arc height was the most significant factor affecting CW. |
