| 研究3＋8×0. 21ST钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈包布中的应用。结果表明：与3＋9×0. 22＋0. 15HT钢丝帘线相比，3＋8×0. 21ST钢丝帘线的渗胶性能更好，帘线直径较小，可减小压延厚度和帘布质量，提高强度；以3＋8×0. 21ST钢丝帘线替代3＋9×0. 22＋0. 15HT钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈包布，成品轮胎的耐久性能提升，单胎质量减小，成本降低，有利于轮胎轻量化。 |

| The application of 3 ＋ 8×0. 21ST steel cord in the bead chafer of truck and bus radial tire
were studied. The results showed that，compared with 3＋9×0. 22＋0. 15HT steel cord，3＋8×0. 21ST steel
cord had better compound permeability and smaller steel cord diameter，which could reduce the calendering
thickness and cord fabric weight，increased the strength. By using 3 ＋ 8×0. 21ST steel cord to replace 3 ＋9×0. 22＋0. 15HT steel cord in the bead chafer of truck and bus radial tire，the durability of the finished tire was improved，and the weight and cost of tire was reduced，which was conductive to the lightweight of tire. |
