研究全钢载重子午线轮胎挤出胎面气孔率的影响因素。结果表明:胶料配方和挤出主机不同,挤出胎面气孔率的差异较大;减小螺杆转速和胶料门尼粘度、降低供胶温度,可减小挤出胎面气孔率;开炼机破胶胎面气孔率小于挤出机破胶胎面;供胶宽度过大或过小,挤出胎面气孔率均会有所增大;根据实际生产情况适当调整胶料配方以及挤出和混炼工艺可减小挤出胎面气孔率。 |

The effective factors on the porosity ratio of the extruded tread of truck and bus radial tire were studied.The results showed that the porosity ratio of the extruded tread varies greatly due to different compound formulas and extruders.Reducing the screw speed,the Mooney viscosity of the compound and the supply temperature could reduce the porosity ratio of the extruded tread.The porosity ratio of the extruded tread breaking by open mill was smaller than that of extruded tread breaking by extruder.If the supply width was too large or too small,the porosity ratio of the extruded tread would increase.According to the actual production situation,adjusting the compound formula,extrusion process and mixing process could reduce the porosity ratio of the extruded tread. |
