      研究硫化机中心机构积水问题。在现有硫化机中心机构上下环连接板的基础上,通过加装排水隔板及增加排水导流沟槽等改进措施,解决了中心机构排水问题,设备性能明显提升,减少了设备故障及维修成本,提高了轮胎质量和生产效率。
英文摘要:
      The problem of water accumulation in the central mechanism of vulcanizing press was studied.On the basis of the existing upper and lower ring connecting plate of the central mechanism of vulcanizing press,the drainage problem of the central mechanism was solved through innovative improvements such as adding drainage partitions and drainage diversion grooves.The equipment performance was significantly improved,equipment failures and maintenance costs were reduced,and the tire quality and production efficiency were improved.
