分析胎圈钢丝、覆胶胶料、挤出机温度控制、钢丝预热、钢丝圈缠绕机口型、机头送料架及排线轮等因素对六角形钢丝圈覆胶不良的影响。通过严格控制胎圈钢丝镀层厚度和破断力,适当增大镀层质量;控制覆胶胶料的门尼粘度、门尼焦烧时间和物理性能在标准范围内;严格进行预热升温并控制挤出机温度;钢丝电感预热温度控制在40~60 ℃;在导丝板钢丝进口方向增加1个倒角;送料架料夹间隙和排线轮上的沟槽宽度适中,可使六角形钢丝圈覆胶不良问题得到有效控制。 |

The effects of bead steel wire,coating compound,extruder temperature controlling,steel wire preheating,bead winding machine mouth shape,head feeding frame and winding wheel on the compound coating defect of hexagonal steel ring were analyzed.By strictly controlling the plating thickness and breaking force of bead steel wire,appropriately increasing the plating quality of steel wire,controlling the Mooney viscosity,Mooney scorch time and physical properties of the coating compound within the standard range,strictly preheating to increase temperature and controlling the extruder temperature,controlling preheating temperature of steel wire inductance at 40~60 ℃,adding a chamfer in the direction of the wire inlet of the wire guide plate,moderate gap between the clamps of the feeding frame and the width of the groove on the winding wheel,the compound coating defet of the hexagonal steel ring could be effectively controlled. |
