研究高含量防老剂S-TMQ在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶和胎冠胶配方中采用高含量防老剂S-TMQ减量代替防老剂RD,胶料的硫化特性和老化前后物理性能相当;成品轮胎的耐久性能达到国家标准优级品水平;同时可降低生产成本,具有一定经济效益。 |

The application of high content antioxidant S-TMQ in truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,when the high content of antioxidant S-TMQ was used to replace the antioxidant RD in the sidewall compound and crown compound formulations of truck and bus radial tire curing characteristics and physical properties before and after aging of the compound was equivalent. The durability of finished tire could reach the national standard high-quality product level. It could also reduce the cost of production and had certain economic benefits. |
