研究连续法不溶性硫黄HD OT 20A(简称HD OT 20A)的分散性表征方法及其在全钢子午线轮胎粘合胶中的应用。结果表明:与间歇法不溶性硫黄HD OT 20(简称HD OT 20)相比,HD OT 20A具有粒径小、活性高、不易飞扬、分散性和热稳定性好等优点;在全钢子午线轮胎粘合胶中以HD OT 20A替代HD OT 20,硫化胶的定伸应力和钢丝粘合力增大,耐疲劳性能和动态力学性能提高,成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。 |

The dispersion characterization method of insoluble sulfur HD OT 20A(referred to as HD OT 20A) by continuous method and its application in the adhesive compound of all-steel radial tire were studied.The results showed that compared with insoluble sulfur HD OT 20(referred to as HD OT 20)by batch method,HD OT 20A had the advantages of small particle size,high activity,not easy to fly,good dispersion and thermal stability.Using HD OT 20A in stead of HD OT 20 in the adhesive compound of all-steel radial tire,the modulus and steel wire adhesion of the vulcanizate were increased,the fatigue resistance and dynamic mechanical properties were enhanced,and durability of the finished tire was improved. |
