| 研究3种新型钢丝帘线在全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎轻量化设计中的应用。结果表明，采用新型钢丝帘线4＋3×0.33ST，3＋8×0.22ST和3×7×0.175HE分别替代传统钢丝帘线3×0.20＋6×0.35HT，3＋9×0.22HT＋0.15和3×7×0.20HE用于7.50R16LT全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的带束层、胎体和0°带束层中，轮胎的强度、高速性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求，且轮胎质量减小，生产成本降低。 |

| The application of three new steel cords in the lightweight design of all-steel light truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that the new steel cord 4＋3×0.33ST，3＋8×0.22ST and 3×7× 0.175HT instead of traditional steel cord 3×0.20＋6×0.35HT，3＋9×0.22HT＋0.15 and 3×7×0.20HE respectively in the belt，carcass and 0° belt of 7.50R16LT all-steel light truck and bus radial tire，the strength，high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the requirements of national standards，the tire weight was decreased and production cost was reduced. |
