分析低断面轮胎缺陷及硫化胶囊损坏的原因并考虑硫化胶囊形状与轮胎胎坯形状的匹配度,设计了低断面轮胎专用硫化胶囊。通过确定硫化胶囊膨胀因数、冠部宽度尺寸和厚度尺寸,得到低断面轮胎专用硫化胶囊,有效提升了轮胎的硫化质量和使用寿命,可最大程度节约轮胎生产成本。 |

Based on the analysis of the defects of low section tire and the damage causes of vulcanization capsule,and considering the matching degree between the shapes of vulcanization capsule and green tire,a special vulcanization capsule for low section tire was designed.By determining the expansion coefficient,crown width and thickness of the vulcanization capsule,the special vulcanization capsule for low section tire could be obtained,which could effectively improve the vulcanization quality and service life of the tire and save the tire production cost to the greatest extent. |
