| 介绍LT285/60R18 118/115S 8PR全地形轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 798 mm，断面宽 298 mm，双行驶面宽度 222/217 mm，行驶面弧度高 10.8 mm，胎圈着合直径 460.6 mm，胎圈着合宽度 240 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.0，采用大锯齿状花纹块，在胎肩和轮辋处设有特殊保护，花纹深度 13 mm，花纹饱和度 61.6%，花纹周节数 34。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用2层1670dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘布，带束层采用2＋2×0.35HT钢丝帘线，930dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布冠带层，采用二次法成型机成型、双模热板式B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相关设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design on LT285/60R18 118/115S 8PR all terrain light truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structural design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 798 mm，cross section width 298 mm，width of dual running surfaces 222/217 mm，arc height of running surface 10.8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 460.6 mm，bead width at rim seat 240 mm，maximum width position of cross section（H1/H2） 1.0，using large serrated pattern block，with special protection at the shoulder and rim，pattern depth 13 mm，block/total ratio 61.6%，and number of pattern pitches 34.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece structure for tread，two-layer 1670dtex/2 polyester dipped cord for carcass，2＋2×0.35HT steel cord for belt，930dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord for overlays，using two-stage building machine to build tire and curing tire by double mode hot plate type B vulcanizer.The test results of the performance of the finished tire showed that，the inflation peripheral dimension，strength，durability and high-speed performance of the tire met the requirements of related design and national standard. |
