| 针对两瓣式口型板挤出型胶经常出现口型板损坏、边部漏胶和尺寸不稳定等问题，设计出一种对插式口型板。采用“凸”字形加长结构的对插式口型板不仅解决了原两瓣式口型板易变形损坏和需频繁更换预口型板等问题，而且使挤出型胶的表面更光滑，断面更密实，挤出尺寸更稳定，改善了轮胎成型过程中因型胶边部厚度过大引起的窝气问题，从而提升了轮胎质量。 |

| Aiming at the problems of die plate damage，edge leakage and dimension instability in the rubber extrusion of two-petal die plate，a kind of plug-type die plate was designed.The use of “convex” lengthened structure of the plug-type die plate not only solved the problems of easy deformation and damage，and frequent replacement of the pre-die plate for the original two-petal die plate，but also made the surface of the extruded rubber smoother，the cross-section denser，and the extrusion size more stable，which improved the problem of air void caused by the excessive thickness of the rubber edge in the tire building process，thus improving the tire quality. |
