研究不同生产工艺的不溶性硫黄在钢丝带束层胶中的分散效果及其对胶料性能的影响。结果表明:采用不同生产工艺的不溶性硫黄对胶料的加工性能和硫化胶的物理性能无明显影响,但对不溶性硫黄的分散性及硫化胶的钢丝粘合力影响较大;采用连续法生产工艺的不溶性硫黄的热稳定性及其在胶料中的分散性较好,可显著提高硫化胶的钢丝粘
合力。 |

The dispersion effect of insoluble sulfur with different production processes in the steel belt compound and its effect on the properties of the compound were studied.The results showed that insoluble sulfur with different production processes had no significant effect on the processability of the compound and the physical properties of the vulcanizate.However,it had a great influence on the dispersion of insoluble sulfur and the steel adhesion of the vulcanizate.The thermal stability and dispersion in the compound of insoluble sulfur produced by continuous production process were better,and the steel adhesion was greatly improved. |
