研究丁基再生橡胶和改性氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(MCSM)在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层中的应用。结果表明:在气密层配方中加入丁基再生橡胶和MCSM,同时微调配方体系,胶料的硫化特性和物理性能相当,气密性提高,工艺性能良好,成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,胶料成本降低。 |

The application of butyl reclaimed rubber and modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber(MCSM) in the inner liner of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by adding butyl reclaimed rubber and MCSM in the inner liner compound formula,while adjusting the formula system slightly,the curing characteristics and physical properties of the compound were similar,the air tightness was improved,the processing property was good,the durability of the finished tire was improved,and the compound cost was reduced. |
