介绍14.00R25工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 370 mm,断面宽 375 mm,行驶面宽度 315 mm,行驶面弧度高 14 mm,胎圈着合直径 632 mm,胎圈着合宽度 266.7 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.87,胎面采用块状花纹,花纹深度 26 mm,花纹饱和度 68.8%,花纹周节数 34。施工设计:胎面冠部胶采用抗刺扎、抗切割和高耐磨胶料,基部胶采用低生热胶料,采用4层带束层结构,1#—3#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×7×0.22HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、单模蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和耐久性能均达到国家标准和企业标准要求。 |

The design on 14.00R25 off-the-road radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 370 mm, cross-sectional width 375 mm,width of running surface 315 mm,arc height of running surface 14 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 632 mm,bead width at rim seat 266.7 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.87,using block pattern for tread design,pattern depth 26 mm,block/total ratio 68.8%,and number of pattern pitches 40.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:puncture resistance,cutting resistace and high wear resistance compound for tread crown compound,low heat build-up compound for tread base compound,4-layer belt structure,3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 1#—3# belt,3×7×0.22HE steel cord for 4# belt,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tire,and single mode steamer type curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimention and endurance performance met the national standard and enterprise standard. |
