介绍18×7-8 14PR工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 454 mm,断面宽 178 mm,行驶面宽度 134 mm,行驶面弧度高 4 mm,胎圈着合直径 205 mm,胎圈着合宽度 110 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.87,胎面采用横向花纹,花纹深度 14 mm,花纹饱和度 75.94%,花纹周节数 20。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用4层2100dtex/2V1和2层2100dtex/2V2锦纶6帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶66帘布,采用胶囊反包成型机成型,液压四模硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求。 |

The design on 18×7-8 14PR industrial vehicle tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?454 mm,cross-sectional width?178 mm,width of running surface 134 mm,arc height of running surface 4 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 205 mm,bead width at rim seat 110 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.87,using transverse tread pattern,pattern depth 14 mm,block/total ratio 75.94%,number of pattern pitches 20.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using two-formula and three-piece tread,4 layers of 2100dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 2100dtex/2V2 nylon 6 cord for carcass,2 layers of 930dtex/2V3 nylon 66 cord for breaker,using bladder turn-up building machine to bulid tires,four mold hydraulic vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of national standards. |
