      研究混炼工艺对含白炭黑的天然橡胶胎面胶硅烷化反应的影响,进而研究其对胶料各项性能的影响。结果表明:白炭黑与硅烷偶联剂的硅烷化反应温度集中在135~150 ℃区间内,随着有效硅烷化反应时间的延长,硫化胶的损耗因子减小,生热降低,滞后性能改善;当混炼温度达到150 ℃后,有效硅烷化反应时间对硫化胶的生热和滞后性能影响变小;白炭黑良好的硅烷化反应有利于提高硫化胶的耐磨性能。
英文摘要:
      The effect of mixing process on silylation reaction of natural rubber tread compound was studied,and it effect on the properties of compound was studied.The results showed that the silylation reaction temperature of silica and silane coupling agent was concentrated in the range of 135~150 ℃.With the extension of effective silylation reaction time,the loss factor and the heat build-up of vulcanizate decreased,the hysteresis property improved.The effect of effective silylation reaction time on heat build-up and hysteresis properties of vulcanizates decreased at 150 ℃.The good silylation reaction of silica was beneficial to improve the wear resistance of vulcanizates.
