      从生胶体系和补强体系方面对中长途耐磨全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方进行优化。结果表明:胎面胶配方生胶体系采用NR(3#烟胶片)/顺丁橡胶(BR并用)(NR/BR并用比为85/15)替代NR(STR20)/BR并用(NR/BR并用比为72/28)、补强体系采用炭黑N234和N115并用(炭黑N234/N115并用比为30/19)替代炭黑N234单用,胶料门尼粘度提高,焦烧时间略长,FL和Fmax明显提高;硫化胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度明显提高。成品轮胎性能测试结果表明,优化配方轮胎的耐久性能比生产轮胎提高,实际路试表现良好。

      The formula of tread compound for truck and bus radial tire was optimized from the aspects of the raw rubber system and reinforcement system.The results showed that,NR/(3# smoked sheet)/BR(NR/BR blend ratio was 85/15) was used to replace NR(STR20)/BR(NR/BR blend ratio was 72/28) in the raw rubber system,and carbon black N234 and N115(carbon black N234/N115 blend ratio was 30/19) was used to replace carbon black N234 in the reinforcement system,Mooney viscosity of compound was improved,scorch time was slightly longer,FL and Fmax were obvious increased,the modulus,tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of the vulcanizate increased significantly.The test results of the finished tire showed that the durability of the optimized formula tire was better than that of the production tire,and the actual road test performance was good.
